We have our own production plant in China and we also have a workshop to touch up of the final products for assembling items with other various materials. Our team of staff is all young and enthusiastic. All of them are university or high diploma graduates in business, product design and computer science. Our design team can create our own items and to visualize the drawings from the customers so as to output it in such a way that the Chinese mold makers can understand. If necessary, we can also make hand samples and 3D drawings for customers' approval. We also have office in China to look after the operation and keep close eyes on the sampling, production and inspections. Our computer personnel help to in tag with current technology so that we can up grade our communication systems thereby we can minimize the time delay with our factory and branch offices. Efficiency and real-time is the name of the game in this new millennium era. We do not wish to have our customers waiting for days to get a reply from us. If you send us an image of an item and wanted us to quote, our engineers back at the factory will be looking at the image within 20 minutes and will get back to you in a couple of hours unless the product is very complicated which may need a day or so. You will never need to worry about if the goods are all right, the shipping marks if it is wrongly printed or the items packed in a wrong color box. Our inspectors send back all the inspection photos to us and it would be forwarded to you in seconds to your email account. Should there be anything wrong, just drop us a note and we could rectify it in no time.
